In your overview lists of the requests, you will now find the option "Search in items". This allows you to do an advanced search for specific transactions.

With this option, you can use the search field to search for purchase requisition numbers, material numbers, or item descriptions that have been used in requests.

The search result will show you all transactions in which this information has been included at least once in the item list.

Request for quotations | Adding notes to the request

Use the new tab “Notes” to add internal information that can only be read within your organization. These can be, e.g., audit-relevant information that records certain activities related to the request.

In addition to a message, which you send to your suppliers, you can add attachments from this version onwards. This option is available in the message creation dialogue window.

Permissions | Access only to own transactions

Users who do not have an administrator role will now only see requests which they have created specifically or for which they have been assigned as a technical or commercial contact person. In the overview lists for accessing requests, the user is now shown a reduced list. Administrators will continue to see all operations.
