Request for quotations |New tab "Logs" to track activities in the request
In the new version 1.16 you will now find an additional tab in your requests. Under the "Logs" tab, you can now track the activities of the request with the date and time. You can also find out whether the activity took place on purchaser or supplier side.
Search function | Advanced search function with additional criteria
In your overview lists of the requests, you will now find the option "Search in items". This allows you to do an advanced search for specific transactions.
With this option, you can use the search field to search for purchase requisition numbers, material numbers, or item descriptions that have been used in requests.
The search result will show you all transactions in which this information has been included at least once in the item list.
Request for quotations | Adding notes to the request
Use the new tab “Notes” to add internal information that can only be read within your organization. These can be, e.g., audit-relevant information that records certain activities related to the request.

Request for quotations | Add attachments to messages
In addition to a message, which you send to your suppliers, you can add attachments from this version onwards. This option is available in the message creation dialogue window.

Request for quotations | Maintain terms and conditions
In the "Header data" tab of each request type, you can now optionally define delivery conditions and payment terms for your suppliers under "Terms and conditions".
This information can also be added or changed during the process of changing a request after it has been already started. Find out from the following articles how and where you can maintain terms and conditions in purchase requisition or free-text requests:
Users who do not have an administrator role will now only see requests which they have created specifically or for which they have been assigned as a technical or commercial contact person. In the overview lists for accessing requests, the user is now shown a reduced list. Administrators will continue to see all operations.
