'Easy Access' for suppliers

The alternative and faster access to your RFQs

The Easy Access function is an alternative and faster way for your supplier companies to gain direct access to the account and your RFQs. By using this function in RFQs, newly created suppliers receive a “magic link” in the invitation, which redirects them with a single mouse click from the e-mail directly to the account with the content of the RFQ.

The supplier registration process will be skipped this way and it gives suppliers immediate access to the RFQ. This allows them to start preparing the quotation right away.

Suppliers who have already registered can log in as usual using their known access data. However, this alternative and faster login method is also available for already registered users of the supplier companies.

This function must be activated by FUTURA Solutions. If you would like to use the "Easy Access" function, please let us know via your administrator. If you already have this option available, you can find it in the creation process on the tab cover sheet of the RFQ under Settings.

Once you have published a RFQ, the option can no longer be set afterwards.

If the original link is no longer available at a later time or the link expires in the meantime (for security reasons, the link is valid for 24 hours), suppliers can easily request a new "magic link" at any time via the FUTURA Smart Login portal (similar to a password forgotten function).
