In your personal data, you can set up a substitute regulation to give other users of your company access and edit rights to sourcing events that have been created by you (you are "Creator") and/or to those where you are assigned as a technical or commercial contact person.
With the profile button at the top right, you can call up the personal data of your user account. "My Account" will show you your personal information. You can edit your profile with the "Edit profile" button in the upper right corner.
The fields are then editable. You can now make adjustments or additions.
Under the “Substitutes” section, the drop-down list shows all currently created users of your company. Here you can also search specifically for personal names. These will be displayed immediately as a search result and can be selected.
In addition, specify to which sourcing events your substitutes should be granted access and editing rights.

The "Creator of the request" option allows the user to only edit sourcing events in which you are the "Creator".

The "Technical or Commercial Contact" option allows the user to only edit sourcing events in which you are assigned as at least one of those roles.
Apply or discard your changes using the "Save" or "Cancel" button.
